white wall cleaner

I used Westleys bleach white on my 07 ultra and got some overspray on rims that wont come off I think im sick....dose anyone have a clue what i could use to remove these spots without having to buy a new rim? Jeff

Try some wenol,that should take it off. It can't be that bad. I use wesley's all the time.

Thats odd, i use Westleys all the time on my '03 and have never had a problem.

I use an SOS pad. A whole box lasts me more than a year. They also work good for cleaning the silver motor on the Evo

BOMS AWAY. or, a little Mothers Aluminum polish on the aluminum finish at the wheels circumference.

This stuff is great. I used it the other day after I left the Westley's on a bit too long. Don't worry the wheel will clean up fine.

I've been using the H-D tire and wheel cleaner since then.

Try some Nevr-dull and then use some mag/aluminum polish afterwards.......keeps my rims looking like new.

I never had any problems with Bleach-white staining rims either...............I used to use it all the time to clean my whitewalls and wheels with no problems at all. You can't beat Bleach-white and a SOS pad for cleaning whitewalls............nothing works better.

It will ruin aluminum if you let set and dry. I always wet the tire and wheel, whitewalls come real clean, and no wheel damage if kept wet.

Had a friend destroy a set of BBS wheels. Sprayed on all four tires and let sit and dry on the wheels.
