Garmin Nuvi 660
Has anyone mounted a Garmin Nuvi 660 or the like with a RAM mount? I already own a Nuvi and can't see spending the extra money on a new GPS just for motorcycles. But, I'm worried about the vibration. Will the added vibration break my Nuvi? I know the Nuvi isn't waterproof, but I figure I can pull it off if I get into rain. Thanks!

Glenn - I have a Garmin ique3600 mounted using a ram mount.Mine is bolted directly to the inner fairing with some reinforcement. I use the short extension arm and it has worked out very well. The ique is a discontinued PDA style gps and was never intended for a motorcycle, but after two years and about 15k miles I have not had any problems with vibration. I carry a ziplock sandwich bag to cover it up in the rain.
