OK so idiot here was fitting heated grips when somehow I managed to push the end cap off
2 smalll strips of brass then dropped to the floor
and of course now the end cap doesn't stay on.
ANyone any idea how I get it back together??
Glad you were able to get it back together. You aren't the only one that has done that; I did the same when installing them on my bike. Took me about a half hour and a lot of bad language to figure out how the little pieces fit together, and then to get it all to cooperate and snap back together.
