missing floorboard
Picked up my bike on wed from the dealer for warranty work.I wrote a post earlier about having to fix the the new saddle bag latchspring they installed incorrectly.Anyway today was supose go for a ride with my wife(2 up) and my broinlaw and his wife.8am this morning I was getting the bike ready and I noticed that thefriggen left passenger floorboard was missing!Well the tech removed it to replace the shift shaft seal.
Luckily my broinlaw had an extra set.
What the hell is with these techs!
I called the dealer later on during the day and it was in their shop.

A riding buddy got his bike back from its 500 mile service, allmost lost control of his bike because half the rear spokes were loose,his tranny was making noise because they didn't add any fluid.(they should call it, we take your money and screw up your bike service)He dropped it off to be repaired and told them to put on a crome sprocket cover.Well guess what happened? the sprocket came loose snapping all the bolts and stripping out the rim,allmost got killed again and stuck100 miles from home...I could type for the next week about all the screw up's.Unless you know one of the mechanic's and trust him your playing with your life having them work on your machine.
