As a side note “Wild 1” bars do not provide extra room despite the larger external diameter of the bars. They are double walled bars so the internal diameter will be roughly the same as stock. You could use KST KUSTOMS with a 1 1/4 bar mount. Then the ID (internal diameter) would be larger.
Interesting post by HH. I can say when I installed my KST Reduced Reach bars I was able to run all the wires with factory sleeving through them without any trouble at all. I chose KST because they worked with my factory heated grips.

Yup, figured that out when I read the description of how they're manufactured. After further inspection yesterday, I may end up going with heat shrink tubing.
