You are going to want sleeve to push and pull on. Buy some cable lube.

Ditch the factory sheathing and use an aftermarket one custom cut for your exact needs.

https://www.mcmaster.com/products/cable-sheathing/

Here is a link to one provider of sheathing. I am sure there are others.

As a side note “Wild 1” bars do not provide extra room despite the larger external diameter of the bars. They are double walled bars so the internal diameter will be roughly the same as stock. You could use KST KUSTOMS with a 1 1/4 bar mount. Then the ID (internal diameter) would be larger.

I would leave it sleeved and use lube
You do not want anyone to TOVE any of your wires, ever.

Interesting post by HH. I can say when I installed my KST Reduced Reach bars I was able to run all the wires with factory sleeving through them without any trouble at all. I chose KST because they worked with my factory heated grips.

Yup, figured that out when I read the description of how they're manufactured. After further inspection yesterday, I may end up going with heat shrink tubing.

Somewhat related .......
When I installed the wiring for my heated grips inside my handlebars, I purchased some wire lube. It did make the wire installation somewhat easier. I used the Ideal product which I purchased at my local Lowe's store. I didn't realize at the time, they offer a less expensive product.

IDEAL 32-oz Yellow 77 Wire Pulling Lubricant Bucket

Gardner Bender Clear Wire Pulling Lubricant

I've heard of people using KY Jelly as a lube for handlebar wiring. Not a bad idea, its readily available.
