It looks OK to me, but I'm not there..
I'm not sure a pushrod tube moving, that is hanging loose from the top o-ring, is a good indicator of anything.....
You have been advised how to check if the pushrods are bent, if you doubt the other replies that it looks OK....
FWIW... A little play may be felt in an adjustable pushrod that is a little less than true zero lash. You would be feeling looseness where the pushrod contacts the rocker or lifter cup(s), not in the pushrod itself...
You are the only one that can actually feel what you are reporting, so no one can tell you for certain if that NEEDS to be pulled and inspected, it's gotta be your call with the info you were given..
Having said that, I inspected an engine that ran great, but at idle one pushrod tube wobbled a little. This was a totally assembled, running engine. When I opened the pushrod tube, it was obvious there was an issue with the pushrod in the wobbly pushrod tube, that needed further inspection.
