Isolated Drive System. Used to absorb drive train inpulse. Rubber in side of a hub mounts to rear wheel.
I can tell you it seems to work.
Bought mine from Zanotti's 198.00 plus shipping 18.00. I installed bearing my self.

Only works on 07 models

It won't fit Dynas out of the box but it is adaptable. There's a thread, I think in the drivetrain section of the forum, where a guy did just that. He had to machine some spacers or something.
