What's an IDS?
HI,please excuse my ignorance,but what's an IDS & what does it do.

Isolated drive system. It is a rubber sprocket setup to quiet down the 07 drive train clatter.

It's a computer virus that automatically deletes any threads where there are complaints of clatter in '07 touring bikes.

It is yet another part that should be free to '07 owners, but instead is overpriced as usual! Oh well... Can't win. Go with the '08 and get the console and tank that I don't like, '06 you get a smaller engine and 5 speed... what a dillema!
