Yup....there are times in this all too brief life when God stops your clock and gives you some special moments. It looks like you're living one now....Enjoy
I gotta tell you, when I first saw the color online, I was not impressed. When I saw it in person, it was a whole different impression. When I saw it on the Ultra, I was hooked. The fact that my wife loves the color didn't hurt in getting it into my garage, either.
I got it from Stone Mountain Harley-Davidson and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They treated me like I mattered from the moment I walked in the door and acted like they actually valued my business. Without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had in any dealer - Harley or car.
I paid MSRP with no premium but did pay freight, setup, doc fee (GA thing) and sales tax. I have to say, though, that they made me a very fair offer on my trade in considering it is a 2005 with almost 40,000 miles and then added another $500 when I hemmed and hawed a little bit. What impressed me was that they really took the time to go over my bike and ask questions and evaluate her for resale - not just throw out some blue book figure. I called around and other shops I talked to that had them in stock was asking $1,000 premium plus everything else. The only other shop I talked to that was not charging a premium was not taking trade-ins. Most shops did not have the Ultra and if they had one coming in anytime soon, it was already taken.
