Default Engine replacement

I am new to this site and hoping someone can help. I have a stock 2003 Road King TC88 and am looking to replace the engine with an Ultima 127ci. Does anyone know of any potential problems I may encounter? My Road King is injected and the replacement will be carburated.

Fuel will cost more because you will be riding more. Traffice Tickets will also be increased due to the higher top speed

Try it, you'll like it

Biggest extra I can think of will be the fuel supply. You won't need a fuel pump, but you will need a petcock. Other than that, Ultima makes a good motor & stands behind 'em so you should enjoy the hell out of it!

Not sure, but you might have to make some mods to the CPU. I'm not a techie so couldn't say for sure. I would guess that as long as you don't hook up any O2 sensors that the CPU shouldn't be a problem either. Oh, and what everyone else has already said.

Why not keep it fuel injected?
