I've been noticing these on more-n-more bikes over the summer.
It definetly gets your attention.
When I see one my first thought is its a biker COP coming to get me

After almost a year with this modulator, I can officially attest first hand that this sucker MAKES A DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!
