RADIO PROBLEM

I have a 05 Ultra with the Hog Tune speaker package and I have a problem. The radio power comes on but no sound. I also can not turn it off. Help

Can you change the mode by pressing the right hand control button? pushing it in changes the mode? Is it just the radio, does it not play CDs as well?

If you can't change the mode it's in AM, FM, CD etc try loosing your controls on the handle bars just a little and see if it works might just be pinching the wire, mine did that and thats what it was on mine ended up filing a little off the control so the wire would have a little more room because it's tight in the slot the handle bar has
