The map Jamie loaded for me came straight off the dynojet website. I looked it up and confirmed this. No pinging or popping on decel. My bike was made in March. Even with some of the changes I made it still runs a little warmer than normal. I probably will load another map I have and see if it riches thing up a tad more.

I've run PC III's for quite awhile, and I always add fuel in the zero, 2%, and 5% throttle columns. I add it in increments of 1 or 2, usually as a means to tune out decel popping. Experiment a little; you'll get it where you want it.

You may want to try another map, there's not one right answer here. Trial and error or to the dyno you go.

Thanks for the input. I'm going to try adding 12sin the 0,2,and 7 columns. This should help the decel issue. I'm not having serious problems except an occasional pop. I just wan't to smooth out the decel. It seems like the fuel is shut sompletely off and the bike goes into a compression slow down. Like I said earlier, it's hard to describe.
BTW, I called my dealer and asked about a dyno run. He quoted me 3 hours for a PCIII tune. That would bring the charge to over $300 . . . OUCH!

My map from FuelMoto for one of "their" packages, had all zeros on the 0 throttle position column. I had no decel popping, BUT, I also STILL had high heat.
I would have though the FuelMoto packages would have been tweaked to set up all of the important stuff, and espcially to richen up the mix at the 0 throttle setting to elimiate the very high heat condition on the 07s. But apparently not.
I set the 0 throttle low rpm settings for 25. Significantly reduced the heat, still causes no decel, and no loss of milage.
...still surprised me that I had to do this on my own. I've got a laptop so it wasn't a big deal but I imagine others might not.
I don't get the feeling that the FuelMoto maps are any too sophisticated. They are simple, non "Advanced" maps.

I'm going to do the exact same thing with my 0 column and probably the next 2 columns.
Funny thing is that I have to borrow my daughters laptop to do it. I bought it for her to use at school now I'm using it to tune my bike . . .

my map from fuel moto is 'advanced' not a basic one but how far down the zero scale did you go with the 25 entry. Or maybe you could paste your map her for us to look at, or not just a thought...
