elbow grease program

anyone know of way to find out where we can find out what this program offers...besides callin the dealer? ...a web site somewhere?

It does not seem to be of much value. Dealer is prepping my new Ultra today inquired about elbow grease towards a 103 conversion.Only $100 towards labor and cats had to be installed. He agreeded with me that it was not a good deal. Perhaps otherareas of the program are better dunno.
