So far so good with mine. Only issue I had was when I took my bike in for service, the kid they have that washes bikes sprayed the hose directly at the radio and fried it. [:@][:@][:@] I didn't know they weregoing to wash the bike!! They made good on it. Normal riding conditions including rain haven't been a problem.

No problem with mine. I have sprayed it with hose to wash (with radio cover closed) and have had no problems. The speakers are Seaworthy (brand) marine speakers and are water proof.

Hoppe, Dead Center and Dragonfly are designed to be ridden in weather and also washed, just do not spray the radio directly, which would apply to ANY electrical components.
