I will look this afternoon when I get home but the other day when I initially put them on there is no room at the header pipe.
You cannot get a socket of any type over the nut due to the bend in the pipe. That is why I was going to cut an open ended wrench.
A normal length wrench doesn't leave any room to turn.
I had the same issue as Astro last week when I put myRinehart True Dualson, the rear pipe is in the way, it hasnothing to do with the O2 sensor, its just the way its bent. I had some luck with a stubby but use a crowfoot for final tightening. Its kind of a crappy design I think.
I tried to use the crow foot, but was near impossible on the rear Rhinheart header. I ended up buying a set of Craftsmen shorty combination wrenches. Still had to grind down the box end of the 1/2 inch. I now keep it in my tool kit case I get one loosening on the road.
here's a tip... tightne down the outer one some... not all the way then tighten down the inner till tight... then go back and tighten down the outer it will tighten the inner and i have never had a problem.
