Default Help Please!!

Dear Friends:

I´m installing a Thunderheader 2in1 with a falsee pipe on the left with power cones.

My problem is that I didn´t received the fuelpack in my order. I already install the stage 1 air filter.

Can I run my bike without a fuel pack??

One other thing, in rear stock pipe (the rightpipe)there is a cable that opens a valve when I accelerate the bike.
The Thunderheader system doesn´t come with that valve. How will be the performance of the bike without that valve???

Thank you for your comments.

My suggestions is if you are running a performance air cleaner and pipes you have to do something for fuel management. Remember more air in and more exhaust out.........means you need to compensate with fuel.
If you chage how the bike breaths you have to manage the fuel After you make your changes and if you don't have a way of monitoring you A/F ratio than you can do it the old fashion way and drive the bike. You should not have any or almost no pop at de-accel or at a steady speed at a higher rpm maybe 2800 you should not havea surge it should be a steady throttle. Last but not least after about a 10 mile ride do a plug reading. You can find a chart on the internet. How that answers your question

I'd slap the stock air filter back on untilI got the fuelpak.
