Default Road Zepplen on Road King

I have sciatic nerve problems and need a better seat, I am wondering if any one can tell me if the Road Zepplen seat will fit on a Road King, the Road King is a 99.
Thanks
Terry

HI, Terry, The parts book specifies '97-07ElectraGlides and Road Glides. There are lots of other seats listed that fit on Road Kings as well as the glides, so I don't know why it wouldn't fit. Does the Road King have an accessory plug under the seat controlled by a switch? That's necessary for the Air Zeppelin to work.

The dash is shorter on the Classic and the Ultra than the RK, thats the problem, the Zep seat is going to have to ride above the stock dash on a RK. I had a zep on an Ultra...great seat, dont remember if the seat pan went all the way to the nose of the seat or not, but that will be the deciding factor. If you look at the nose of the seat in the pic you can see that it goes up on the tank alot farther than the RK seat does.

Hope this helps.

The RK does have the power plug under the seat, just in front of the Battery.
Thanks for the reply

Yes I can see from the pics that the seat does go quite a ways up the tank, I dont think there would be room for it on the RK since the dash on the RK goes almost all the way down the tank.
Thanks for the help.
