Default Thunderheader Baffles

Has someone removed the baffles in a thunderheader exhaust??

How can I remove the baffles?

Thanks for your comments.

I will take a guess and say I don't think you can remove them. They already sound great, what are you trying to achieve?

it may be loud but it's going to run like crap, you will have no back pressure at all and your Top Speed will probably be 60mph. You may as well get drag pipes

If you want it louder, do some engine mods...cam and increase your cc's, this is what is going to make it louder. But becareful for what you wish for..you might just find that it actually is too loud. My buddy has a 05 EG with the 103 kit, cams, intake, chip and Thunderheader 2 in 1 exhaustand let me tell you, after an hour, I can't take it anymore and refuse to ride on his right side. He even complained to me that it was too loud for extended rides and now wears ear plugs when he rides.
