That's the new EPA sensor. Disables your ignition and cues up a recorded message from Al Gore whenever you remove the stock pipes.

It provides power to the tour pack mounted microwave oven and sandwich maker. Page 1099 in the P&A catalog. (Also requires purchase of the 5000 KW alternator sold separately, $12,768.95)

It is the plug end for a Jiffy Stand Dis-Connect....like on the metric bikes. Keeps you from driving off with the jiffystand down.....kills the engine.

The switch itself is only OEM on 08 Police models and International Models......

The 08 tourers come pre-wired....so if you want this kind of gizmo it is available from the police parts supplement manual and is easily installed.

I believe if you follow the wire you will find it goes to the front O2 sensor or comes from the regulator. This is the connector that allows you to change it.

The dis-engage switch is part # 50126-08 and MSRP is $47.80
