Just a follow up report on Chilowee...
I checked them out for the first time and ordered a helmet and pair of gloves. They appeared to be very competitive on price, even more so with the forum discount.
However, whatREALLY impressed me is that I received a call from their service department, noting that I am in So. CA, and due to all the fires, did I need to re-route to a different address. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
