Let me seeâŚ.I ride my 06â Gold Wing daily to work and back for a total of 80 miles. I ride year around unless there is snow or ice on the roadway. I also use it for the majority of my long distance trips,several of which are 1,000 miles in a single day. I ride my 01â Road King Classic on the weekends just for the fun of it. Yes, Progressive insures both and the ad does not bother me one bit.
It amuses me to see the people on this forum trash the Gold Wings while on the GL1800Riders.com forum the people trash Harleyâs. Have not quite figured it out as I think they are both great motorcycles. I guess it boils down to different strokes for different folks.
