Have a 2003 ULTRA want to install Vance/Hines header pipes with rolled thunder 28" slips on installes by dealer in2003 already have stage1 air cleaner also install by dealer in 2003 and wnd want to install PCIII when install header pipes and suggestions. Thanks Daryl
