I have an 05 Ultra, with 95 BB, TW26G gear drive cams with SERT. Bike was running great in the summer, but now that it's getting colder out, my mileage has gone down and plugs looking a bit darker, can also tell she liked it better when it was hotter outside. I went as far as checking the compression - both jugs at 180 psi.
Any case, what does everyone tweak on the tune during the colder months?

If you have a reasonably decent tune on the SERT, the "simplest" thing to do would be to add a HQ ProTuner to it. They dynamically manage AFR and are designed to be used in addition to the SERT.
Based on what you've reported, it sounds like you're running a bit rich now.
