How do we go about getting 4.5 firmware so
I can use the fuel cutoff feature?

Firmware 4.5 is in Beta right now, but you can email Zipper's and they will usually give you a copy for the asking.

I got the 4.5 and installed it 2 weeks ago. You can find it by doing a search either on this forum or on VTwin forum. It works great so far.
