I know this does not belong here but I just had to do it.
As a veteran and a DAV I have to thank all the Veterans for serving.
My 2007 Ultra Classic was my gift to myself for the wounds I carry every minute of everyday. I have had other HD's but this is by far the best one I have ever owned. I also have a Honda VTX 1800 that is custom painted as a memorial to all those I served with. It is not as comfortable as my Ultra or as enjoying to ride but it is very special to me. Almost every where I go I get comments on how good the Harley looks.
Those of you that are concerned of either purchasing a 08 or have a 07 Remove the concern and enjoy the bike. I will go for a ride today on both bikes, one ride is for the vets and the other is for me.
Nothing is perfect so go with your instinct and enjoy the world that only a Harley can take you.
God Bless
Ride safe Bro and ride proud, if i wasnt working id do the same, USAF 9 year, and my heartfelt thanks to all my brothers and sisters in uniform, and to my son US Army, he is awaiting orders now
Didn't last till retirement for several reasons. Did my bit and always looked up to those who served with honor and loyalty. Stand down and enjoy your freedom! You earned it.

All you guys still serving I am with you and my prayers go out to you so you to will come home to be with your family as I did.
As my VA doctor said a "part of you died there to".
We had a flag rasing at our church and it was my Honor to raise the flag
