I Like them, I am gonna put some one my RG next year, I dont care what any one else thinks of them, like PapaTravis said, its my bike, my money!! F*** them if they dont like it.

Flashing lights are considered a distraction for other drivers. BTW those light-up valve stem lights are illegal also, driver distraction.
The California vehicle code states that marker lights are legal as long as they do not fall into the above violations.
