F#$^ing finally!!! Heres a pic. First question. Why do all the 01 -02 ultras I see have a round chrome emblem on the tank, and the P.O.S.E has a decal.
Mine has a decal but is not a P.O.S.E?
I would assume a couple things:
1. Chrome emblems can ,in tactical situations, possibly hang up on any dingle-dangles the jean d'arm is carrying and that would be a bad thing.
2.Since most PO are bought on contract by municipalities, the MOCO can make it that much cheaper bysticking on a decal as opposed to a chrome emblem. Not to mention, the tax payers would probably complain about the PD riding those "chromed up show bikes" instead of bottom o' the barrel "working bikes"

I have only riden it once, when I brought it home, about 30 mi. ride,Freezing my *** off! It definately handles nice and takes the hard bumps better than the Wing.but the wing is also 26 years old. I cant say any thing bad about the Wing its a great bike,But Its not a Harley! I think I will enjoy this bike alot!I dont think my wife will especially when she finds out how much $$$$$ these things some how absorb!!!
