I have tweaked my Fat Cat on my FatBoy, and plan to do the same on my Ultra.
I took the chrome muffler off of the 2-1 fatcat, and installed a cherrybomb glass pack on to it!!!! It has the DEEP sound of the RH's but with the 2-1 performance. When I wind this pipe up, it Barks!! But the tone is very deep and smooth at 5 grand rpm. Kind of like a big block chevy w/header mounted glass packs. At the dyno runs... every one wants to know what my pipe is.
Out of the two I like the sound of harts best. But I run a set that were built locally for about 1/2 the money.
I have used 'em for about 38000 miles and still look/perform as when new.
I use to have the Rinehart TD's and they pretty much sucked for me. I was not happy,my 95" 10.5:1 Road King was a total Dog until the RPM's got to 3500...........2-1 is the only way to go if you like arm wrenching pull right off idle all the way through redline.............
