They are fine, but I have 1/8 in NPT fittings on the tank.

Can't you make an adaptor or sleeve so you can use the 5/16 or 1/4 inch fuel line? Should not be that difficult to reduce a 1/4fuel line down to 1/8 inch. I would be a little worried with only an 1/8 inch line not much flow rate. Nice tank tho.

1/8" is a lot bigger than the hole in the carb jet, that's the limiting factor.

1/8" is plenty, the inside of the stock Harley fitting is the same size. If you don't believe it just unhook your crossover and watch the flow. The purpose is just to balance the level in both sides when the level is below the tunnel, not supply fuel to the engine.

No, the inside diameter of a 1/8 in npt fitting is not 1/8 inch. It is VERY small. 1/8" is the outside diameter of a fitting.

sifularson, That crossover disconnect is made by Motion Pro. Only one side has a check valve in it. The other is open.
