I am not crazy about the way the heat shield fits on the new header pipe for the left exhaust, But I love the difference it makes. would do it again, I think you will like it. and the install is a piece of cake.
Fullsac "fix"

Order / found mine on Ebay -1 OEM Harley heat shiled long front - get P/N from Harley
Reverse the shiled - leaves no gap where the cross over tube was

Plesae Note: If you cut anything that was chromed - you will need to have re-chromed or they
will start to rust or flake off

I have the Torres true dual kit which comes with chromed pipes and 2 new heat shields. The right side shield is a full piece. I wonder if they will sell that shield and how much. You might send them an email. Here is their site. http://www.torrescycle.com/

BTW, I really like the kit. I don't recommend it just because of the price. You can find a V&H dresser duals kit for just a few bucks more. Why buy a kit when you can get the complete set of pipes???? I bought mine before they recently raised the price. Mine was $260 delivered.

J&P offers Sampson heat shields.

Measure the legnth you need and order away.

FullSac is the best bang for the $s.

Good Luck
