I just bought a new 2008 Road King today. Woohoo! I've put 30,000 miles on my Sportster in 17 months. Riding the RK today for the first time I was blown away by how comfortable it is! I felt like I was gliding on a cushion of air! I can't wait for my next road trip!
Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself to you guys. I've been a regular over on the Sportster forum for a while. Now I'll be hanging out here too. By the way, I live in SoCal and like to ride every Friday.
I as well bought an 08 RK. Love it. Ride down to Dana Point and I'll continue on with ya. I used to live in Seal Beach and I ride with a friend on 3rd street Seal Beach. No matter what direction you head it sure is a great ride year round.
I am still waiting on mine... HOPEFULLY NEXT WEEKEND... However, I am going to have to put her in the gararge for a few months b4 I get to ride her again...
