I have a set of Screaming Eagle SE-II race mufflers and would like to remove the baffles.
Does anyone if they are removable and if so how do I do it?

If they are removable you will see one or two small pan head screws at the rear of the muffler. You have to remove this screw(s) and then pull the baffle out of the muffler. The only thing you may want to thing about is back pressure....or the lack of it. By removing the baffles you will reduce the amount of back pressure too much IMHO.....and you will reduce the amount of torque at low RPM. All 4 stroke exhaust systems are designed to supply a certain amount of back pressure to promote more efficient combustion.....by totally removing the baffle, you are going to screw that up IMHO. You can buy less/more restrictive baffles....or if what your looking for is more LOUD......then you can always remove the baffles and just cut them down some. Do a search on lollipop baffles.

If the baffles are welded in like many today, then don't give up, there is a cure.

Most quiet baffles are constructed with a round blocking plate welded dead center along it's length, then the baffle itself is welded in from the rear.

Find yerself a metal hole saw that will slip down the inside bore of the baffle-attach it firmly to an extension long enfuff, and then carefully drill out the thin steel blocking plate....Now there will be a straight shot thru the mufflers and they will retain some level of sound damping.

DON'T DO IT!!...you lose low end power, makes the bike run too lean, and will F it up...not a good idea...i've asked the question myself and that's basically the responses i've gotten
