I have seen that VTX before the thing is nuts. I would almost go the point of anoying! The bike looks like crap up-close becasue Of the swirls in the chrome. Not a smart move and bright on the eyes in the sun!

I was just going to comment that the rider better lube up with some "liquid t-shirt" (SPF 100 atleast). That thing would cause some major sunburn on a clear day.

Richard,

So, are you going to name her the "Silver Surfer?" In a sick kinda way, I like it.

Two downsides:
She'll be dirty from this day forward (carry a cloth)
You'll be invisible on cloudy days (wear bright colors).

I love to tell this story.

A couple of years ago I was at the Rock Store outside of Malibu and saw a Heritage that was all chrome except for the seat, and the rubber floorboard pads. I thought "Oh well, to each his own", and wondered who would ride such a "Chrome Queen". As I walked away, I was bumped from behind. It was a photographer walking backwards taking pictures. I turned and saw a gaggle of paparazzi surrounding "someone". Nothing big, it happens all the timeout her in SoCal. Then I got a view of the attraction, and it was the "Governator", and his posse of 14 rider friends which included Tom Arnold, formerly Mr. Rosanne Barr.

Arnold was smiling and joking for the crowds and camera. Then he got on the Chrome Queen and rode off. It was very entertaining. His processionwas led by an unmarkedPolice Package Crown Vic with two CHP in soft clothes, then the Governor on his chromed bike with 14 of his "closest friends", followed by a dark Suburban with a fully armed Tactical Team, followed by several cars of paparazzi.

I made sure to leave in the other direction, as his relaxing Sunday Ride was sure to screw up traffic

I seen a sporty like this in Kansas City open house. It's there every year. Started out with LOTS of chrome and everytime I went back it was more. Last year it had a wide tire kit on it. Guess he ran out of chrome to buy or have chromed. It is pretty amazing when you stop and look close at it...... but bring your shades!!!!![8D]
