Yes, you will need two (2) double Controllers, two (2) Battery coneections to the controller and two (2) inexpensive automotive relays wire to switches.
The HD Controller and Battery connection can normally be purchased at a 20% discount through several on line HD dealers.
The relays are available at most any autoparts/big box store, or at a Marine (boat supply) dealer.
We used HD Switches Handlebar Mounted Auxilliary Switches to supply the power to the relays.

Good luck
Why do I need the relays? Can't I just plug the suits into the pigtail and turn them on or off as well as adjust the heat with the double controllers?
The Harley heated gear is made by Gerbing. The reason I mention this is many dealers are having their 15-20% off Holiday parties. You may be able to get the setup at 20% off and save a little. I did with the gloves and jacket liner. Both came with on/off switch which I didn't need since I picked up the dual control which I would highly recommend.
Make sure your wiring and connections are done properly and you'll have no problems. The electrical system on your 07 will have no problem keeping up with that kind of load.
I have used the Gerbing jacket and gloves for two years now. Your bike can handle it with no problems.
I'd try riding with just the jacket liner and gloves before buying the pants and socks. I rode last winter with just the jacket liner and gloves and had no problem. I wore long underwear under my jeans and I was fine. You can always add the pants/socks later if you need them.

Did you do any 300 mile+ days or mostly short rides in the winter?
Gerbings are great.... HD stuff may be made by them, but check the warranty.... I've got the pants & jacket liner & Gloves, Socks are on the list this year. The stuff works great.
In the winter I mostly do short rides to keep the bike active and get some riding in. The rides are usually around 100 miles. This year I'm toying with the idea of doing longer rides. I figure if my legs stay warm on a 2 hour ride, they should be good for 3 or 4 hours. When I don't have enough cold protection on it usually shows up around 45 minutes to an hour.

I can get a complete set pants ,jacket. gloves, socks, and controls for $200 they look like new. I guess I better take him up on this offer!!!!! OK to conect directly to battery?
Yes Welch, a heck of a deal, If you don't buy them I'll call James Vest and have him go over there and buy them. He lives just out side of town. But if that falls through I would buy the coat instead of the liner. I bought the jacket liner first and I wound up putting my rain gear on over my leathers . It rains a lot in Indiana in the winter time. It also gets bulky with liner, leathers, and rain suit.= 1 heated armor coat with rain proof. 20/20 hindsight. Dan
