Default RE: windshield question

I use the stock seat on my Roadglide almost all the time. I have a Badlander (see pic below) but it is a brick. Just cruise on it and take pictures. I have an Ultra seat for long trips with the wife. 90% of my riding is done on the stock seat.

Probably the simplest part you will change out on your EG. Three screws to do it. Great suggestions from others, while lube threads, cover fairing and fender and or tank for protection. I use black 5" in warm weather and full size in cooler weather.

When in dought....take it out. You can try anything once....if it comes apart...it MUST go back together. You should invest the 60 bones and get the sevice manual for your year and model bike. You can't go wrong with the harley big book.

Good luck.

Hardest part is paying for another screen.
Nahh..paid 24 bucks delivered for an 8 inch dark smoked screen from a dealer on EBAY...just not an HD part, but it works and looks the same...no diff....takes bugs and rocks just the same - - -

As said on earlier threads - - simple, 3 screws - - out old - - in new - - great looks!
