When I had my Honda ACE Chornbe was doing the same thing on the Honda forum. Pising people off. He was a constant Harley basher. I'm very surprised to see him here. He either has an extremely bizarre sense of humor or he just has issues.
Bashed Harleys? That's cute.

Uhm... no. No, sir. I bash people that *buy* Harleys when they're simply doing so to fit in or because it's a status symbol (the original poster of this thread is a prime example - STOCK EXHAUST EMBARRASSES HIM? Please. That's such a bullshit statement. It reeks of "I have to be like everyone else!"). People who go deep into debt just to park some *** jewelry at the end of their driveway are just plain stupid; more money than brains. And yeah, I bash people that put the cruiser lifestyle before quality riding and safety (yep, mostly Harley owners). And yep... Motorcyclists - especially Harley owners - seem to crave validation. But the bikes themselves... nah. *I* was the one challenging people to explain their stupid position on Harleys being "old 1930s tech" and *I* was the one pointing out that they offered belt drive and fuel injection a good decade before the competition. *I* was the one pointing out that Harley outsells most other cruisers 10:1. Harley makes a good machine. A little pricey, a little under-performing compared to some other bikes (Yes, my Sabre would have hung right with a TC88 all day long - and did often - and the Stratoliner will eat any stock Harley's lunch in a straight line run). If I had to stretch my budget to buy one, I certainly wouldn't. I'm practical like that. There are other bikes aplenty that cost less and do the job. But there's more to the bike than just moving you from point-a to point-b. They're a quality machine. None compare in fit-n-finish, in accessories, in simplicity, in dealer coverage, in post-purchase support.

As for the people I **** off, they're usually the ones who talk about their "rights" with specious arguments, can't ride their way out of a paper bag and **** all over the idea of rider training.

You're a tad bit off base.
So the truth is, your the "Original" the... "Real Deal" The RawHide..."Keep them doggies rollin' Rawhide" Hea Hea..
Pull your head out your ***, there will always be new people who want to ride a Harley, and don't under estimate there riding
experience... Or Who They Are...

King Kong
As you can see, all but one are onYOUR side.
Do yourself a favor and do some kindof fuel mangement with your exhaust upgrade. I went with a fuelmotto package. I wasted money on dyno time as Jamies map was right on. Make your bike sound the way you want.

Dude, the 08s sound good but I do understand the stock Harleys can sound like a VW.

Go with wildpigs or the bobv recoored on ebay- these sound really good. Probably dont need a download. You could get these and enjoy until you have the dough to do what you want later. Turn around and sell them on ebay or the classifieds here. Enjoy the sound then sell later don't wait.

Don't jump out there and by the best pipe because you will need the download and your trying not to do that right now.
absolutley love my wild pigs. 189 to my door. no mods needed, and about this "tick on an elephants ***" that keeps coming up why dont the mods just take care of it or ignore it and it will go away?? if no one responds to it - it will go away. its the attention its getting that it craves. Happy Holidays!!!!
Unfortunatly I think just seeing his thoughts on the screen feeds his ego enough to keep him posting. but your right our responses won't stop him. I think he may have been warned by the mod squad already as he did slow his bashing for a littlewhile. I don't think they let him stay too long since he adds NOTHING to forum.

You are always going to have the forum attention ******. Guys who only get noticed for their contradicting opinions and they post in a manner to draw attention to themselves. If you are not that guy then this post will not bother you.

I own an 07 and just added Python slip-ons and it sounds great and I have had no problems re: need to remap/need air cleaner ect... Dont know what differences the ECM has between 07 and 08 but hey, start with the slip-ons only and see for yourself. Ive seen Pythons advertised online for $275 a set.

I thought the whole purpose of this forum was to ask questions and exchange information. People shouldn't be afraid to ask a question that someone may find unworthy of their attention. If you dont want to see repeat topics or weird questions dont read them.

Buy slip on's (from USA if you're not already there) and just fix em straight on...should give you no problems.

Maybe cost you around $800

Thats interesting...only because you clearly don't 'fit in' according to what I am reading!

You must be a REAL biker...just like in that wild HOGs movie
