I like to keep it no more than 10MPH over here in NJ. My fav speed for long distance is 75-80MPH.....I will hang out at 85-90 for a few miles in areas where I know its safe....or if someone (in the lead) has a radar detector.

70 tickets, 4 DWIs, 1yr suspended license, Total 2 months in jail all before 25yrs old have taught me 3 things.
1- There is a GOD.
2- They do have things to look at on the road.
3- Being married is a good thing. Turn right.,Turn left.,Slow down.,Watch out.,Where are you going?,Are we lost again? YOU ARE GOING TOO FAST!
I do however still keep up with the traffic. I don't like the big trucks passing me.

On the slab I tend to feel more comfortable easing along faster than general traffic.....Dealing with cages and trucks from the front are lots easier than the rear.....So if conditions are right, I'll do maybe 5+ whatever everyone else is averaging.
On the country two lanes, I'll either get into it and focus on the road at brisk speeds or slow to take in the scenery-still depending on traffic and conditions and my mood.
In city driving, I'll let traffic decide how I drive.
