Intercom question
Just bought my first Harley,2001 Ultra Classic. I also bought the H-D intercom system. Radio has a old timeAM sound through the intercom system. I purchased a J&M intercom system, sound not much better no bass no stero sound. I have the bass turned up and the treble turned down on the radio. The radio sounds fine through the speaker system. Is this normal?

I think you are probably right. I have an 08 Ultra, I have a J&M headset and the wife has the Harley headset, neither sound that great and get very little bass. Actually at speed on the highway they tend to sound better....seems like the mufflers provide as much bass as I need.
