It's been 11 days since ordered a 20.00 part from these guys, sent an e-mail inquiring on a shipment notification today and got one hell of a generic reply stating their 'shipping policy'. I am a guy with a small residential contracting business that firmly believes in supporting my fellow small business guys with an emphasis on buying american made products. The reply to my inquiry into my part from these guys made me feel like I was ordering something from a third world country. WTF??? If nothin' else... a heads up !
