Default Rush Slip-ons questions

I found a pair of rush slip-on and are very interested in buying them. I would like to know that if its just the slip-ons do I have to have anything re-calbriated or any downloads. I want to install and just ride for now until I can swing the stage 1 package. If anyone has any ideas on this. I am not willing to install if I am going to get decel popping or the backfiring light show. Its going on a 07 SG. Thanks in advance!

I put them on my 2007 Ultra with no problems, doing the stage 1 later.

So they don't pop or have any running issues it was just a slip on, bolt down and install. That is what I am looking for.

Slip-ons don't require anything extra, just remove the old and put on the new.

I put Python slip-ons on my 06 RK Classic and that's all I did. Had no problems.

Just slip ons, nothing else needed. Change the air, remap or fuel management needed (optimum is fuel management)

The larger baffled (2.25 or 2.5) Rush may give you some decel pop on hard decel. With that said I really like my rush slip ons. I have the ones that you can change the tips on and have turn outs with 2.25 on my 06 UC and 2.5 on my 89 EG.

I put a pair of Rush slip ons on my 07 Road King and the 2 1/2" baffle caused it to pop however when I switched it to the 1 3/4" no problems. I have the stage 1 download & air cleaner also.

I've been looking at the Rush's as well. Been eyeballing the straight cuts. What kind of pricing have you found? I found the straight cuts for $269.00 at West End Motorsports. Wondering if other sources are any cheaper.

Was not aware of that, so interesting bit of information.... It must be just fools luck, asI have the Rush 1.75s and they did not pop. So, interesting that the bigger baffles pop... Thanks for the info as it is good to know when others ask about the Rush pipes when they hear mine...
