Also, she'll have to work on stretch-seams unless you're going to use non-stretch material (don't recommend). You can buy the material at a material store for large quantity, or just hit walmart and buy their house brand version of the under-armor shirts (like $3 per). You should get about 3-4 do-rags from each shirt once you lay out the pattern correctly. You'll definitely want to use a stretchy, wicking material.

My wife is big into sewing too, but hasn't done the do-rags yet....she has 3 sewing machines, a surger, and is looking for a embroidery machine....told her once she gets the last one she can embroider pictures of bikes on hats or t-shirts....unfortunately for the cost of the the machine she wants I could probably do a 103" or 110" build on my 08 UC.....guess we will have to see which one of us wins
