leather grip covers

leather grip covers
I saw a bike recently that appeared to have leather covers over the grips. The covers looked really cool to me and it would be a heck of alot easier than replacing grips. My question is: does anyone know where to get a product like this and has anyone had them on their bike?

The grips on my 100th Anniversary bike are wearing out. The stock grips have a 100th Anniversary end cap which is not available anymore.
This looks cheaper than new grips and I could still have my end caps.

Not sure which one's you saw but Drag Specialities sells a pair of just plain leather wraps that lace up, for about $20. I have had them for almost two years. They work fine but the black has faded to gray due to exposure and sweaty hands. Cheaper than buying new grips no matter what brand you are getting.
