Big Brother can do nothing. The dealer buys those as part of a promotion. That is why it says participating dealers. The dealer can sell them since they were not free to him. The reason he won't sell themin his store is because when the next promo comes up everyone will say, I will wait till it's over and buy one.

I have that picnic kit sitting in the garage, with the wrapper still on it. I might actually use it at some point... yeah right...
BTW, I would love to have a harley wall. LOL. I tried to talk the wife into letting me do the master bathroom in all harley stuff... but that was not well recieved. In fact, over the course of the 10 years we have been married, all of "my" stuff has found it's way to the garage...
