I'm looking to chrome out the controls on my new FLHX. Trying to round out the part numbers, as there's no kit as there is for the 2007-and-earliers. Here's what I've come up with — can anyone who's done the same confirm that I've got everything here? Thanks
Chrome master cylinder cover kit 41223-08
Chrome switch housing kit 70223-96B
Chrome clutch bracket and master cylinder reservoir kit 42117-08
Chrome switch cap kit 71803-03
Chrome hand control lever kit 38843-08
The picture of the switch cap kit at HD.com does NOT show cruise and radio buttons? Are they included, or is there another part number?
You need cap part #71802-03 NOT 71803.....71802 is for the Ultra models or models with cruise. Things to remember when doing this, if your scoot has ABS then you cannot bleed the brakes and have to bring it to the dealer because they have to do it with the Digital Tech.
