Damn big-al, well delt. I have a F150 now but have been watching the Toyota trucks. I had one years ago and put 250k on it and only changed the oil so that kinda sticks with you everytime something breaks on another vehicle.
not to start a fight or anything...but where do you think all of the money that toyota makes on those "american" built trucks goes? surely you don't think it stays here for us? always by american!!! you've done it with your bike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the offer. I am a Toyota truck guy. I wish I were in the market, I'd like to have a new Toyota. I get one as soon as I wear my current one out. At any rate, I'd love to know what kind of a deal I could get on a new Toyota.

It goes to the share holders who bought stock in the company which is traded on the NYSE. Anybody in the world can own stock in any any publically traded company, even the American branded ones, like Ford and Chevy and that German one.....Dodge.
Ithink the employee has to call and get a number for you to purchase GMS. You would then give that number to the dealer at the time of signing the papers. It used to be only available to Employees, Suppliers and their immediate faimilies.
If you want to know the GMS price, just go to a dealer and tell them your Dad / Father in law is aretired GM employee. They will show you the price on the invoice sheet. You don't have to prove anything to shop. If you can't arrange with an employee, you will be armed with a damn good price to target in your negotiations... The rebates apply after the GMS price. Not part of.
I doubt you will find many dealers that will sell below GMS. Of course, if they don't show you the GMS price, you won't know if you beat it or not.
You will also find that whenselling at GMS, the dealer isn't going to give you crap for your trade in.
Turd??? bring your hemi, chevy or ford and see what happens to it against a tundra 5.7.... enuff said....
oh one more thing,,, chevy, dodge and ford boys get ready for toyota's[sm=americanasmiley.gif] new dually & diesel modelsoming out.....
You're dreaming dude. You better check with Motor Trend and see which brand was Truck of the Year and what brandwas not even mentioned. GMC & Chevy will continue to put a whoopin' on them fern boys.
TuRD....it's written on the side of the truck. And that one don't float !
do you believe everything you read?
have you ever done a side by side comparison? probably not, but guess what I did,in fact for two days straight in the texas facility, that is why I can say what I am saying, ford, chevy or dodge have to give their trucks away with all those rebates.
Look at what has happenned in nascar, nhra &crafstman truck series wether you like it or not,,,
yes "toyota" is taking over. I am 100% american but the truth is the truth....
So, what constitutes a "deal"? Is Mack's post (3rd from top) indicative of typical savings? I mean MSRPs of 40 plus grand kinda stall the average consumer from the get go. I saw an add for a Tundra that said $8000 off, which equaled 32k! It's a vehicle, not a small house! And of course that's about the going rate (MSRP) of any full size truck, American "labled" or not.
p.s. the Tundra looks take a little getting used to. The old version looked better.

I would be more than happy to meet you anywhere you would like with my little old beat up 82 Chevy Stepside. (Of course it is running a built 355, race built turbo 350 and needs to run 60's in the back to keep it from sitting there and smoking the tires.[sm=gears.gif]) I have yet to find any truck to keep up with it. Even those Ram Tough Hemi's Havn't met a Toyota yet that has even come close.
