65 degrees here in Chicago, 63 or something like that yesterday. This is January! Killing me with the weather. Traded Sporty for RKC in mid Dec, had stage one done, hoped to have bike just after the first of the year. Dealer's dyno crapped out and can't getRKC delivered for another 3-4 days. Missing some bonus riding time. Damn!

It's been above 45 the past few days, was all fired up to ride but the darn skies were so overcast that all the roads stayed wet for 3 days! Too much salt residue to take the plunge until they dried up (today)

It was 64deg's in Springfield, IL.
Weatherman said it would rain till later in the day. He was right. Also had Thunderstorm Warnings, along with Tornado Warnings in JANUARY!!!
I wont ride until we get a good gully washer on the ground to wash away all that damned rock salt that was used to get rid of the snow and ice.
WHY? It will pit your chrome, and do other things to none protected exposed parts, and other things.
Have that itch to ride. However will wait quietly until then.
