It's down time here in the north sowe get to take our time doing the updates. I started on a couple of updates and got alittle carried away. Short of the engine I've hit most of the major stuff.
Trim & paint front fender
Punch louvre and paint rear fender
Jac knife highway pegs
Speakers
Front fork oil
Rear shock oil
New exhaust
Fix the leaking primary
Repaint front fender
Rear tire
Chain
Sprocket
It looks a little wierd strapped on the stand without the parts on it. It's a good time to get at the grime that you can't normally get at .. So far things are going back together without any problems.Changing the front fork oil on the air ride with fairing is a PITA. All the changes will be subtle so few will notice. It makes me wonder if I'm too **** sometimes.
Anyone else let their obsession get the best of them ? Postyourpictures.

Well, I take a boat load of pictures and have the manual, so for the most part I can stumble through it. Much of the bike has been modified so sometimes the manual doesn't help. I take a lot of notes, especially when I am working on the wiring harness. It's amazing how helpful a post it note is with a photo number. When I disassemblesomething, I put a post it in the bag sowhen I find a baggie with screws and wonder "WTF is this for ?" I can refer to a photo. Digital cameras are awesome.
