Glideman, now that you are close to completion you are correct in that the little itty bitty thingsappear totake longer to clean-up and finalize.
When I was in shop in Sr.High the Instructor always said "Measure Twice and Cut Once " It would appear that you have done just that in every step of the way.
As others have said a Very Good...Informative and thorough documentation of this install.
This would be a Great thread to add in the Tech Tips section (my.02 opine) from start to finish with a sound clip added

This thread has been amazing very informative , i just did 6x9's and an amp in mine and did the apes at the same time turned out nice. i havent finished covering the inside of the boxes but heres the pics. sorry for the pics but it was raining outside so i couldnt roll the bike out

Sorry Buddha4 but I am not using a coaxial speakers. Fairing speakers are a set of JL Audio XR525CSI Component 125Watt 5.25" w/ Tweeters & Crossoverswhich are component speakers with separate tweeters and crossovers.
