RE: How to install a high performance stereo system in a Bagger!
I used the sony Giga panel for the deck, and didnt loose any of the controls, might be somthing to look into glideman, you can also load a gig of music into the face of the deck, its somthing like over 500 songs ive been very satisfied with it and before i added the amp it put out a great amount of power to the 5 1/4 alpines up front it also has a killer feature i didnt know about when i bought it theres a button u can hit when your on the freeway that amplifies the highs, so the faster and louder my bike is i can just hit that button and comes in crystal clear.

again, awesome so far... I couldn't wait any longer, earlier today (or yesterday, 03-02-08), I went and bought a black 2008 Streetglide (with the 103 SE upgrade and i put the bassani pipes on), I bought some of the equipment i will be using for my setup, but thanks to this thread, i will be changing it up a bit (I am going to be doing 2 bikes, my bike and an 07)...
I am going to use a 10" sub on my bike, 2 amps, leg warmers/with components and upgrading the front speakers/with components, should come out awesome and my friend did a bike similar to what i am doing at his shop, so i have to stop by there... to troubleshoot a few things with him (pertaining to the fiberglassing i will be doing)...
37 miles on the bike and I am already thinking about changing it up...
on my friends 07, I have a new kicker cvt8" laying around, that i prematurely bought for my bike a few weeks ago, I am putting 1 amp on his, upgrading the front speakers and fiberglassing a box for the 8 in 1 bag, 2 6x9s and an amp in the other bag... if i can ever get around to starting it, ill start another thread...
